It is hot outside and the last thing you want to do is bake a dessert. Instead, make this extremely easy Mango Pina Colada Sorbet for a dessert that will not only keep your kitchen cool (no baking necessary), but will cool you down as well. And it is dairy-free and alcohol-free too!
Ingredients:
12 oz bag frozen mango chunks
12 oz bag frozen pineapple chunks
1 1/3 c pina colada mix
1 1/3 c water
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Place in a freezer-safe container and freeze until 5 minutes before serving.
Option: Include 1/2 cup of rum in the blender with the other ingredients for a delicious alcoholic dessert.
