This Easy Creamy Pesto Dip is the perfect dip to spread on your challah, layer with tomato and mozzarella for a Caprese salad, or even toss your pasta in. With no nuts or dairy, this is also a really flavorful, allergy-friendly option.
Ingredients:
4 c fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 c mayo
½ c water
Combine everything in a food processor and process until smooth. Store in the refrigerator.
